To our fans, friends, and devotees of good old Rock n roll:

It's always a pleasure to see your familiar faces at our shows. those you who visit our website know this by the sight of your faces in our famous photo gallery. Nothing warms our insides more than seeing you at any type of venue we appear at. Unfortunately, this year has not been the greatest in terms of opportunities to perform for you. most of you have had the opportunity to see Eddie Arroyo at least once an know how he has brightened Route 66's star power.

Still those opportunities that were so plentiful in past years have been greatly reduced since the beginning of 2009 due to the places we performed at falling victim to the economic downturn. We feel for them and will miss their presence.  Some other places seemed to have the belief that they could keep their businesses afloat by downsizing their entertainment budgets.

Unfortunately for both the band and their loyal fans, the opportunity to eat a fine meal and see first class entertainment under the same roof has disappeared here and there. We of Route 66 feel that you deserve to make you voices heard to those business people and tell them the type of entertainment you want to spend your hard-earned cash to see.  We miss appearing at all these establishments and would gladly return if asked.

Its up to you, our faithful following (you know who you are) to call these places, as well as the places you like to frequent that we haven't performed at yet, and let them know that you want to enjoy a good meal and stay for a night of rockin' with route 66! Do it now! Call them, visit them, or give them our website address. They will listen to you more than they will listen to us.

Again, it's always a pleasure to perform for our devoted route 66 fans and new acquaintances. Through the mass of your email addresses, we will constantly keep you current on the latest and greatest of Route 66. Remember always get your kicks with Route 66!
